Since Jody Brainard celebrated his 50. birthday this year and Gary Isler turned 60. we had to find something special to celebrate the 110 years of these guys. The idea to make a western movie with all our friends being the actors came up pretty soon, since the reason Big Lake Ranch exists was Garys dream to become a cowboy when he saw the old western movies with Winnetou, the chief of the Appache.

We were lucky to call a real movie director and a professional cameraman our friends. They did all the important work and we just had to bet the actors….just? It’s tougher than we thought!! It’s hard work to be an actor – but a hell of fun; as well as all the parties we had every evening and night with the 50 Swissies and the American friends.
